The iconic golf resort, La Costa Resort and Spa, announces the completion of the all new Champions Course (previously known as the North Course) and the debut of four re-designed holes on the South Course. The course re-design project, a year in the making, has restored this legendary golf destination to world-class standards.

Improvement highlights include: 

• Alterations to the fairway contours
• Modernizing drainage system, improving water flow and irrigation
• All greens on Champions Course are new
• All bunkers on the course are new
• More than 30 acres of current turf have been eliminated for water conservation
• Native grasses and lakes have been added
• Champions Course fairways have been planted in Bermuda, with bentgrass greens
